T.Hall Builds is a licensed California General Contractor. We also offer Owners Rep. services to investors, developers and out of state clients needing professional construction support. We represent aspects such as site selection, permitting, budgeting, architect collaboration, contractor hiring and general oversight throughout the entire construction process. Driven to ensure quality, timeliness and honesty we will represent Owners and Investors through the process.

About Townsend Hall

Townsend Hall is a construction professional with over 20 year's experience building residential properties in Los Angeles County, Colorado, Montana and Massachusetts. Originally from Mass., Townsend matriculated to Montana for his college years and then on to Boulder, CO where he built dozens of homes. T as he is known on the job, employs a team approach to the building process, mastered by his years of hands on jobsite experience.

Outside of work, Townsend enjoys time with his young family in Topanga, CA. An avid athlete and outdoorsman, his free time is spent on the trail, riding motorcycles, the golf course, playing paddle tennis and at the hockey rink. T also enjoys working, gardening and cooking with his young son, Wade.
